INPLY Company Limited was established in 2006, in the early stage of  high-rise apartment rapid development  in Vietnam.  We are  one of the earliest companies in providing apartment management service in Hanoi. This fact was confirmed by the Ministry of Construction ( in the list posted by Ministry of Construction on its website, INPLY Ltd is at the second place, please click here for reference).

For over past ten years of providing services, INPLY has gained alot of experience and knowledge of apartment management and as the result,  INPLY's service quality is increased continuesly. At the moment, we are now serving  nearly 20 high-rise building projects in several districts in Hanoi with  the number of personel is over 100 persons.
Our service supply principles :
- In order to making the apartment is safe and convenient one, we apply scientific, technological knowledge for setting-up the working procedures in supplying services, therefore the labor productivity is higher; the works are simpler and easier for every staff. In social and human  manner, we serve the residents with the truthful and thoughtful, the target is building the apartment become a friendly and happy project.
- We understand that one factor of increasing the value of apartment property is the quality of  management service. If service is good, the apartment is more attractive, easy for renting and selling with higher price.  For this reason, INPLY always tries the best to bring residents with good service.
- As the early service supplier in  the market, we have some advantages in competting with other compettiors; but the market is rough, we have to try more everyday to enhace the compettiveness.
- We always take care our staff, we understand that the staff is very important factor for quality service.  We share the deleopment orient with the staff;  we determine the development of the company in collaboration with development of staffs' career.
- We acknowledge the life and health of residents is the most important thing, therefore fire and explosion elimination is  the target. In every project, we continously educate the staff about this serious matter, we  buy all necessary equipments for fire-fighting. We also send the  fire avoidance tips leaflets to the residents and frequently organise the fire drill practices with fire-fighting police.
